Prices

Prices are subject to change and prevailing GST charges.

Delivery Services 

1. Delivery within 3 to 7 working days upon purchase.
2. Applied local transportation and handling fee of $30.00. Waiver of local transportation and handling fee for orders above $200.
3. We operate from Monday – Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) except on public holidays and office closures.

Changes of Orders/ Delivery Services

Any changes on the order or delivery services, please send an email to sales@joohuataluminiumwindow.com at least 48 hours before delivery (excluded weekends). 

Cancellation Of Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment on the website. However, feel free to contact us at sales@joohuataluminiumwindow.com if you have ordered the wrong item and require a refund. This will be looked into on a case-by-case basis, not all refund requests will be approved. 

Product Repairs

Contact us at sales@joohuataluminiumwindow.com if you require repairs for any of your equipment bought from Unitest. Do check with our sales team if you are unsure of the period of the warranty or what the warranty covers. 
Local repairs will be done through us.

IFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Reservation Of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
